Gujarat’s Jamnagar is gearing up for a grand spectacle as Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant Ambani and industrialist Viren Merchant’s daughter Radhika Merchant prepare to hold their pre-wedding celebrations. The lavish celebrations are expected to be star-packed and include performances by Indian and international artists.

A recent highlight is the arrival of renowned international artist Rihanna’s team in Jamnagar, reports the Times of India. In a video shared on social media, the Lift Me Up singer’s team was seen leaving the airport, causing a stir among paparazzi and fans. The Grammy-winning singer’s team took out their phone cameras and happily filmed the festivities as they arrived.

The star-studded cast also includes magician David Blaine and renowned Indian musicians Arijit Singh, Ajay-Atul and Diljit Dosanjh, who will captivate audiences with their performances. Singer B Praak has already landed in Jamnagar, indicating the growing excitement surrounding the upcoming festivities.

Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding celebrations will take place from March 1 to 3 and promise three days of luxury and fun. The guest list includes a constellation of Bollywood stars, including celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Rajinikanth, who will attend the celebrations with their respective families.

Salman Khan, another Bollywood icon, is all set to join the festivities in Jamnagar and add to the star power of the event. Moreover, Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna are expected to grace the pre-wedding celebrations, adding to the glamor and charm of the upcoming extravaganza.

Disney CEO Robert Iger is among the guests after Reliance Industries and Walt Disney reached an agreement on Wednesday to merge their Indian media businesses. The merger will create an $8.5 billion entertainment giant in the world’s most populous country and fifth-largest economy.

Other guests include Ivanka Trump, the daughter of the former US president, as well as former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and the King of Bhutan.

For pre-wedding celebrations, a carefully detailed event guide is provided with specific instructions for guests. March 1 marks the start of a three-day extravaganza, with each day having a carefully chosen theme. The festivities kick off with ‘An Evening in Neverland’, which promises a classic take on an ‘elegant cocktail’.

The travel guidelines state that guests are not allowed to bring more than one carry-on bag and one checked bag, while for couples a total of three suitcases is sufficient.
